We take care of the rest including the standard hunting lease contract with the land owner. Liability insurance is included in every one of our hunting leases to protect both you and the land owner. How do I find the property that's right for me?
- Search by State, Price, or Number of Acres
- View available properties on a map (coming soon!)
- Detailed views of properties including bird's eye views
- View the type of hunting on available properties (by game type or hunting methods)
- View land owner provided pictures of the property
If you don't find the perfect property for you today you can register on our site to receive weekly email updates on new properties available.
Once I find a property I'm interested in, what happens next?
- We suggest that you contact our customer service team via the contact us form, through email at: info@recreationlandlease.com or by phone at (877) 573-5225. It's best if you mention the item # found on the property detail page (below the pictures). Alternatively, you may purchase the hunting lease directly through the web site by adding the property to your shopping cart, then going through the checkout process.
- Our customer service team will be happy to review the property details with you and answer any questions you may have about the terms that the land owner has set for the hunting lease on their property.
- We will setup a site visit for you to review the property. We strongly suggest that you do a site visit before signing the lease and issuing payment to ensure that the property is a fit for your hunting pursuits.
- When you are ready to move forward, our customer service team will work with you to finalize the lease contract. We accept bank drafts, certified checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and AMEX for lease payments. You can gather the payments from your hunting party and send one payment to us, or we will gladly split the payments between your group.
- Please keep in mind that there may be other parties interested in the same property. To be fair to the land owner, we can't "hold" a property for you for an extended period of time.
- Our goal is to make the leasing process as easy for you as possible, so feel free to contact us anytime with questions.
